Return & Exchange Policy
Each luxury photo print is custom made to order using ultra high-definition technology and premium acrylic glass. Because of the bespoke nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction and will accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:
1. Production Defects or Damage in Transit
• If your print arrives damaged, defective, or with a production flaw (e.g., scratches, cracks in acrylic, color inconsistencies, or separation of layers), you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
• Please provide clear photos of the issue and the packaging for verification.
• Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
2. Incorrect Order Fulfillment
• If you receive the wrong size, image, or finish than what you ordered, we will cover the return shipping and produce the correct piece at no charge.
3. Shipping Delays or Lost Items
• In the rare event that a shipment is significantly delayed or lost, we will coordinate with our carriers to resolve the issue. If the product cannot be delivered, we will replace or refund your order.

Non-Returnable Items
Because each print is custom made to your specifications, returns or refunds are not accepted for the following reasons:
• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
• Variations in color or brightness due to individual monitor/display settings.
• Slight differences in size (within ±0.25”), which are normal for handcrafted finishing.

Delivery Times
